New Issue-Public Service of Okla. sells $250 mln notes

  Nov 9 (Reuters) - Public Service Co of Oklahoma POH.N on
Monday sold $250 million of senior unsecured notes, said IFR, a
Thomson Reuters service.
  Barclays, BNY Capital Markets, and Citigroup were the
joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
