New R&D Center will develop business applications for Intalio|Cloud

PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Intalio, Inc., the Enterprise Cloud
Company, today announced that it would develop a Governance, Risk Management
and Compliance (GRC) application and a Partner Relationship Management (PRM)
application for use on top of its award winning Private Cloud Computing
platform. Both applications will be delivered as part of an integrated
solution incorporating Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and
Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) layers from Intalio.

Intalio is also announcing that it is establishing an R&D center in Singapore
to support its development efforts and to foster innovation in the region.
Intalio recognizes Southeast Asia as a high growth market for IT solutions
including cloud computing and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Intalio's main
customers in Southeast Asia include several Fortune 100 banks, Mitsubishi
Corporation, Mitsui, and NTT Data.

"Cloud computing hastens the pace of Infocomm Technology becoming the 4th
utility, after electricity, gas and water, for businesses," said Andrew Khaw,
Senior Director, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA). "Cloud
computing technologies offered by industry players such as Intalio will help
to catalyse and accelerate business innovations on cloud computing. We see
Singapore-based companies playing a keystone alliance role in bridging talent
to trigger the growth of cloud computing in Asia."

Intalio has selected Singapore for its R&D center because of its diverse
talent pool, and because its strategic location makes it a good launch pad to
the Southeast Asian market. In addition, it will be able to tap on Singapore's
new nationwide broadband network capable of up to 1Gbps per end user
connection to be fully rolled out by 2012. Intalio's cloud computing platform
will further spur adoption of the fiber network through a range of
applications for both private and public sectors.

"Intalio Pte Ltd has been established in February 2009 and is already helping
many Intalio customers in Southeast Asia," said Arnaud Blandin, Managing
Director of Intalio|APAC. "Southeast Asia is proving to be a thriving market
for us, and we have great expectations for our private cloud offering there.
Having a local R&D team along with a local support organization means a lot to
our Asian customers, who usually expect a very high level of product quality
and professional services."
