New Issue-Praxair Inc sells $400 mln in 3-yr notes

Nov 10 (Reuters) - Praxair Inc (PX.N) sold $400 million of
notes on Tuesday, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $300 million.

Bank of America and Deutsche Bank were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
