SANTIAGO Nov 11 (Reuters) - Chile's presidential race front-runner, conservative billionaire Sebastian Pinera, is seen winning the presidency in a likely run off in January, top pollster CEP said on Wednesday.

The survey by CEP, or Center for Public Studies, regarded as Chile's benchmark poll, showed Pinera winning 43 percent of the vote in a run off against the ruling bloc's candidate, former President Eduardo Frei, who is seen polling 37 percent.

Pinera and Frei were in a statistical second-round tie in CEP's last poll published in September. (Reporting by Simon Gardner and Rodrigo Martinez and Alvaro Tapia, editing by Jackie Frank)
