Russia's VEB starts preparation for Eurobond issue

MOSCOW Nov 11 (Reuters) - Russian state bank VEB said on Wednesday it has begun preparations for a Eurobond issue which could be used to finance lending and investment activity. "After carrying out the essential preparatory work, the relevant materials will be presented to the management and the board of directors of VEB with the aim of taking a decision on the advisability of the issue," VEB said in a statement.
