Belarus plans Eurobond in 2010-FinMin

MOSCOW Nov 12 (Reuters) - Belarus may issue a Eurobond in 2010 and has also been offered "significant" loans by Russia's largest bank Sberbank SBER03.MM, Finance Minister Andrei Kharkovets said on Thursday. "We are considering a possibility to issue Eurobond next year. We may take a decision already this year, the placement may happen next year," Finance Minister Andrei Kharkovets told reporters.

He also said that Sberbank loans will cover a large part of Belarus' external financing needs this year. (Reporting by Andrei Makhovsky; Writing by Gleb Bryanski; editing by Toni Vorobyova)
