BRIEF-Gartner sees handset market rising 5-8 pct in 2010

HELSINKI Nov 12 (Reuters) - Gartner said on Thursday:

* sees cellphone market volumes up 5-8 pct in 2010, boosted by grey market

* raises forecast for 2009 grey market handset sales to around 150 mln phones from 90-110 mln
