Delaney Consulting, LLC(TM) (Delaney(TM)) is pleased to announce Lorraine
Chilvers as Chief Executive Officer. Chilvers will devote her executive
leadership experience to grow the company's professional services,
concentrating on delivering financial leadership for interim management,
project-based consulting solutions and executive placement. Chilvers will
support the company's offices in Atlanta (USA), London (UK), Mexico City
(MEXICO) and Gurgoan (INDIA).
Delaney is a privately held company established in 2008. Atlanta will
serve as headquarters for its international operations. "I am so proud of

Chilvers has extensive experience establishing well-run finance functions.
Throughout her 22-year career, she has been sought after by companies with
challenging circumstances and led them to financial stability and growth.
She has served in finance executive roles for Fortune 500 companies in
telecom, manufacturing, logistics, technology and entertainment
industries. Most recently, Chilvers served as Partner with Tatum, LLC,
the largest executive services firm in the US, where she led the Atlanta
Accounting & Finance and Technology Consulting practices. She was hired
into the leadership team of Novelis, Inc., an $8 billion start-up and
spin-off from Alcan, to establish an SEC compliance function for Canadian
and US entities. Chilvers also was hired as an executive to lead a team
in the 4-year financial restatement and $10 billion AR function for the
North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific divisions of WorldCom,
the world's largest fraud and bankruptcy case. Chilvers started her
career with Grant Thornton serving small to medium-sized companies in the
UK. Chilvers serves on several Boards including World Chamber of
Commerce; British American Business Group; and Zonta Club of Buckhead.
