BioDelivery Sciences to Present at the Lazard Capital Markets 6th Annual Healthcare Conference

BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. (Nasdaq: BDSI) announced today that Dr.
Mark A. Sirgo, President & Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at the
Lazard Capital Markets 6th Annual Healthcare Conference to be held November
17-18, 2009, at The St. Regis Hotel, New York. 

BioDelivery Sciences` presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, at
4:10 PM Eastern Time. 

Dr. Sirgo will be providing an update on the October 2009 commercial launch of
ONSOLIS (fentanyl buccal soluble film) as well as an update on BDSI`s product
pipeline, which includes BEMA Buprenorphine and two additional BEMA-formulated
product candidates recently added to the portfolio. Dr. Sirgo will also discuss
anticipated Company milestones for the remainder of 2009 and those expected to
occur in 2010.
