API Technologies Awarded $1 million Contract for Secure Rugged Laptops

NEW YORK, NY, Nov 12 (MARKET WIRE) --
API Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: ATNY) ("API" or the "Company"), a prime
contractor in secure communications, electronic components and subsystems
to the global defense and aerospace industry, today announced that its UK
division has been awarded a contract from Roke Manor Research, a division
of Siemens AG, that together with options is worth approximately $1
million (GBP 600,000).
The contract was received by the Company's Secure, Systems & Technology
Ltd. ("SST") division in the UK. SST will provide modified military rugged
TEMPEST laptops to the UK Government as part of the UK Forces Land
Electronic Warfare (EW) enhancement program.
