Survey. This survey, appearing in the November issue of American Lawyer, marks

Since the survey began asking firms to name their most used electronic discovery
vendor, Kroll Ontrack has won this award. Of the 110 firms surveyed in the
e-discovery category this year, 52 percent of the respondents identified Kroll
