staff and add new locations

throughout the Northeast and are adding staff and additional services. ATEC
Group was recently acquired by GSS America Infotech Limited. ATEC Group's name
and structure will still remain unchanged as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the
parent company. This new relationship will add to and complement ATEC Group's
