Magma Metals Set to List on Toronto Stock Exchange

WEST PERTH, WESTERN AUTRALIA, Nov 12 (MARKET WIRE) --
Magma Metals Limited ("Magma" or "Company") (ASX: MMB) is pleased to
announce that the ordinary shares of the Company have been approved for
listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and will commence trading
at the open of the market in Toronto, Canada on 12 November 2009 under
the symbol "MMW".

"Obtaining a listing on the TSX marks an important step in Magma's
development," said Keith Watkins, Magma's Chief Executive Officer.

"The listing will provide North American investors with increased
awareness of the Company's activities and give Magma direct exposure to
the world's deepest capital market for resource companies. This is a

The Company will continue to be domiciled in Australia and to trade on
the ASX.

Change of ASX trading symbol

To maintain consistency with its TSX trading symbol, Magma will change
its trading symbol on the ASX and from the market open on Monday 16
November 2009 will trade under the code "MMW".
