HEI, Inc. Achieves AS9100B and ISO 9001:2008 Certification

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- HEI, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HEII;
http://www.heii.com) is proud to announce that it has been awarded company
wide certification to the AS9100 Rev B and ISO 9001:2008 standards. This
achievement is an enhancement to the already established quality management
systems across its three facilities which have previously been certified to
ISO 9001:2000 ( Tempe, AZ and Victoria, MN) and ISO 13485 ( Boulder, CO).
The AS9100 certification provides assurance to Aerospace and Defense customers
that HEI's quality systems are able meet the most stringent requirements of
the industry. The AS9100 standard requires companies to have robust systems in
design and development, process validation, process controls, vendor
management and documentation.

specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), including Medical
Device Manufacturing, Microelectronic Assembly, Turn Key Manufacturing, Design
