Horizon Consulting Wins Recompete Bid for Insurance Endorsement Processing

Contract with the Atlanta Home Ownership Center lasts for 5 years

LANSDOWNE, Va., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Horizon Consulting
announced today that they have been selected to continue to provide Insurance
Endorsement Processing Services for the Atlanta Home Ownership Center (HOC).
The contract, valued at $10,003,200, runs for the next five years. Horizon has
performed Insurance Endorsement Processing Services for the Atlanta HOC for
over 10 years and the work will continue to be done in Atlanta, where Horizon
already has a presence.

This contract renewal comes at a time when the Federal Housing Administration
(FHA) is under great scrutiny in the press. An audit recently completed by
the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) showed that the amount
of loans approved by the FHA in fiscal 2008 more than tripled the amount of
loans approved in fiscal 2007. Horizon has met this surge in application
volume by hiring and training additional staff and continues to process all
work within 72 hours.
