DALLAS, TX, Nov 12 (MARKET WIRE) --
The 95-unit Pizza Patron announced today that it has signed a multi-year
contract extension with the American Airlines Center (AAC) home of the
NBA's Dallas Mavericks and NHL's Dallas Stars. The new deal cements the
collaboration which began in 2008 and introduced the Pizza Patron brand
to new fans from around the country.

The extension makes Pizza Patron the AAC's exclusive pizza vendor through
September 2015, with an option to extend the partnership at that time. The
popular pizza chain recently unveiled its new Latin-themed concession
environments to kick-off the 2009-2010 season at the arena.

"I am very pleased to know that we will be a fixture at this world-class
venue for years to come," said Andrew Gamm, brand director for Pizza
Patron. "We accomplished a lot during our first year, and we will continue
to work hard to deliver the best possible food and service to each guest
that visits the center."

The American Airlines Center recently completed a number of major new
upgrades for the Fall season, including the first and largest 1080
high-definition video replay system of any NBA or NHL facility in the U.S.
Additionally, two new massive stadium-size video displays have been
installed at both ends of the arena, and a new 360-degree LED display
surrounds the interior of the arena bowl.

"We learned very early in our partnership with Pizza Patron that this is a
company we want a long term relationship with. Their passion is
contagious," said Joe Skenderian, vice president of business development
for the AAC. "That passion translates into impeccable service of the
highest quality product. In our business, that combination leads to
increased sales."

Pizza Patron's AAC menu features seven-inch, personal deep-dish pizzas, an
inch larger than what was previously offered in the arena, for $6.50, in
cheese, pepperoni or sausage. The chain also offers its BreadStix(TM),
QuesoStix(TM) and Churros.

Today, Pizza Patron operates 95 stores in six states and plans to have 750
stores nationwide within a decade. Approximately 93 percent of Pizza
Patron restaurants in the U.S. are owned and operated by franchisees.

About Pizza Patron -- Pizza Patron was founded by Antonio Swad in 1986.
Since franchising began in March 2003, the brand has grown from four
locations in Dallas to 95 locations in six states, with more than 40
additional stores under development. Pizza Patron features festive,
Latin-influenced pizza stores that are community-based in Spanish-speaking
or predominately Hispanic neighborhoods. Since 2006, Pizza Patron has
expanded its menu to include new items such as Patron Dips(TM), Fiesta
Wings(TM), BreadStix(TM), QuesoStix(TM) and Churros. In addition, they
successfully rolled-out their LISTA-NOW READY(TM) pizza program
nationally. The carry-out pizza chain also features a variety of
different store models including DINE-IN, RAPIDITO(TM) (airports/malls),
TIENDITA(TM) (portable mini-store extension) and their QSP(TM) (Quick
Service Pizza) drive-thru concept. All pizza dough is made fresh
throughout the evening; no preservatives are added or needed. The sauce
is prepared fresh in the stores from crushed Roma tomatoes and marinated
with a secret blend of herbs and spices. Only 100 percent mozzarella
cheese is used on all pizzas. X-Large pizzas are offered at prices as low
as $6 for cheese and one topping and $4 for the same medium AMIGO
PIZZA(TM). An X-Large 'La Patrona' deluxe pizza with everything is priced
as low as $8. For more information, visit http://www.pizzapatron.com/.
