LONDON, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GuestMetrics, Inc. (Pink Sheets:
GESM) is pleased to announce that the company has formed GuestTek
International, Inc., which will serve as the public holding company, which
will be led by the new CEO, David Lovatt.  GuestMetrics, Inc. remains a wholly
owned subsidiary, which will still be managed by its current CEO, Brian
Barrett and Chief Operating Officer, Tammy Posten. 

The new holding company, GuestTek International, Inc. is currently in
negotiations with Enable Software Ltd. and Shot Spirits Corporation.  The
Company expects to be making further public announcements regarding the
completion of those negotiations within the next seven to ten days.
