alliance with Business Professionals Network, Inc. (BPN), a Dallas-based
company that produces high quality, continuing professional education for
accountants through its Accounting Continuing Professional Education Network.

The BizVision/BPN alliance represents what BizVision President and CEO Rob
Chipman expects to be the first of many vertical channels, delivering
video-based content related to specific industries or professions.

after aggregating a critical mass of general or 'horizontal' business training

In addition to BizVision's on-demand video delivery and e-commerce

development of a customized flash media player that would support live video
with synchronized slides, questions from participants, downloadable PDFs and

offers a comprehensive reporting tool that is accessible to both BPN and its
affiliates.

BizVision also provides a live helpdesk/technical support team to assist all
