BOSTON--(Business Wire)--
Taking a page out of her own experiences, laid-off communications professional
Gabrielle Yetter has launched the Screaming Pillow.

Yetter, who created the concept after losing her sister and nephew in a fatal
car accident, sees the Screaming Pillow as a "24/7 source of immediate stress
relief".

"We know that screaming relieves stress and reduces tension. The Screaming
Pillow allows you to let it all out without scaring the neighbors," says Yetter,
founder of The Brightside Group, Inc, the company she formed earlier this year.

The pillow has a colorful "screaming" face on one side and the message on the
back: "When you just have to let it out…Place face here and SCREAM!"

Attached to the pillow is an "instruction" card which tells the user to: "1.
Focus on the source of your anger and frustration; 2. Muster up all the emotion
you can; 3. Place face in pillow and SCREAM LIKE CRAZY!; 4. Repeat steps 1 thru
3 until exhausted or smiling; 5. Thank your pillow by giving it a big hug!"

"Everyone has something to scream about these days, "says Yetter. " But I`ve
always believed in silver linings so the Screaming Pillow is my way to help
others look on the bright side."

Despite its whimsical nature, the idea for the Screaming Pillow was inspired by
Yetter`s family tragedy when Yetter`s mother was counseled by a therapist to
scream into a pillow as an outlet for her grief.

Earlier this year, Yetter was laid off from her corporate job, providing her
with the opportunity to launch The Brightside Group. The Screaming Pillow is the
first product designed to inspire people to "see on the bright side of dark
situations".

"I saw how screaming into a pillow could help my mother relieve the worst stress
possible," says Yetter." Although that was years ago, it seems that with the
strain people are under these days, the time is right for the Screaming Pillow".

The Screaming Pillow is available for purchase at
http://www.ScreamingPillows.com and retails at $19.99. A portion of the proceeds
is donated to charitable causes, including the Compassionate Friends and
Goodwill International.
