Field Packaging Group Celebrates 10th Anniversary, Has Grown from $5 Million to
Nearly $40 Million in Revenues

CHICAGO, Nov. 12, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Field Packaging Group, a
solution-driven manufacturer of corrugated boxes, announced today that it is
celebrating its 10th anniversary as Field Packaging. Based on the southwest side
of Chicago near Midway Airport, Field Packaging has grown from $5 million in
annual sales to nearly $40 million over the past decade through teamwork,
fostering a culture of "yes" and delivering high quality, just-in-time product
to customers around the Chicago area.

In 1999, Marty Field, his son Andrew and son-in-law Brian Herzog purchased Jet
Age Container, and have transformed the company from an inefficient,
money-losing operation to a highly efficient, profitable company with 80
employees working in a 200,000 square foot operation. Last week, the privately
held, family-run company signed a major international food and candy
manufacturing company to a long-term contract to produce corrugated boxes.

"With tremendous focus, dedicated employees and a passion for providing our
customers with a quality product at a low cost and on time delivery, Field
Packaging Group has become a leader in the corrugated box industry," says Andrew
Field, Executive Vice President. "We are aggressive, but never at the expense of
profitability, which is why we continue to expand while competitors are going
out of business."

In addition to fostering a sense of family through open communication, goal
setting and a share in the company profits for all employees, the owners of
Field Packaging Group have also invested heavily in technology and equipment,
and now makes boxes in a wide range of sizes and shapes -- from extremely large
cartons for durable goods to tiny 4"x4"x4" boxes with a variety of uses -- and
delivers next day on most orders. Every order is designed and custom-made for
each customer's specific requirements.

When the Field family took over ten years ago, the company functioned at 42
percent efficiency. One month later, after setting goals and creating incentives
for employees, efficiency increased to 70 percent and is now over 90 percent.
Quality, efficiency and on-time delivery are measured and communicated daily,
and employees are rewarded with bonuses monthly. "Our employees know that we
care about them and our success is due to our team's hard work," says Marty
Field, President.

The company's mission statement is clearly and openly communicated to all
employees, customers and prospects:

It is Field Packaging Group's goal to maximize profits and thereby create job
security by increasing sales and increasing margin.

This will be accomplished in the following ways:

-- Provide an environment to fulfill all of our customer's
      requirements.

-- Offer superior service by never turning down a customer's
delivery request and always being on time with our deliveries.

  -- Produce excellent quality.

-- Be a low cost producer and create excess capacity and thereby
      flexibility by being extremely efficient.

-- Create a "can do" attitude among our employees by properly
communicating with them and rewarding them for their efforts.
Field Packaging has also embraced environmental efforts to "green" the company.
It has earned Chain of Custody Certification from both the Forestry Stewardship
Council (FSC) Certification and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) making
them among the few independently owned corrugated converters to do so. Chain of
Custody Certification is applied to companies that manufacture, process or trade
in timber or non-timber forest products and want to demonstrate to their
customers that they use responsibly produced raw materials that weren't
illegally harvested. Each tree that has been removed is replaced with a sapling
to take its place. With its new certifications, Field Packaging Group adheres to
guidelines that ensure boxes are responsibly sourced. "It's just the right thing
for us to do, and that's a philosophy we have built Field Packaging on. We
always ask ourselves, 'Is this the right thing to do?'" says Brian Herzog, Vice
President, Finance. "And if the answer is 'yes', we do it and don't look back."
