FRDM's Launch of Neighbors Protecting Neighbors(TM) Residential Protection Program Anticipated to Significantly Boost

ORLANDO, FL, Nov 12 (MARKET WIRE) --
Michael S. Borish, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Freedom
Environmental Services, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FRDM) announced on November 10,
2009 that the Company has developed Neighbors Protecting Neighbors(TM), a
pre-paid Residential Protection System for personal, communal and
multi-family septic systems. The State of Florida Health Department
estimates that 36% of all households are currently serviced by
residential septic systems. Neighbors Protecting Neighbors(TM) will, in
our management's opinion, ensure families and neighborhoods that their
environment will not be compromised at a yearly cost of less than a
fitness club membership.

Mr. Borish pointed out, "The incidence of costly septic system failure is
an increasing problem and Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. is at the
forefront of the residential waste services market by providing a
proactive program offering the highest level of service, maintenance, and
convenience to the consumer through Neighbors Protecting Neighbors(TM)."

The residential maintenance and protection program will be offered by the
Company at prices ranging from $795 to $1,695 for two or three years'
coverage, and may be financed. The program will be offered through
consumer and commercial direct sales channels. Initial selling efforts
will target the 1.5 million households in the Orlando-Tampa, Florida
region. Mr. Borish indicated that FRDM is anticipating, but cannot
guarantee, a market penetration rate of 2.5%, generating 35,000+
protected households. Although there can be no assurances, management
believes that the anticipated incremental revenue from this program for
2010 and 2011 is $32,000,000. Neighbors Protecting Neighbors(TM) will be
ramped up during the fourth quarter of 2009.
