Prominent Patent Litigator Josh Raskin Joins Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP

Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP announces that Joshua L. Raskin
has joined its Intellectual Property Litigation Department.

Mr. Raskin brings to BLB&G extensive experience and success in
intellectual property litigation, and patent litigation in particular. A
registered patent attorney, he has led large, groundbreaking cases in
intellectual property arenas, at both the trial and appellate stages.

Mr. Raskin's litigation experience also includes a unique and cutting edge
consulting role for his hedge fund clients. He analyzes pending patent
litigation and provides advice regarding all aspects of the litigation,
including timing and potential outcomes. His research, custom-tailored to
the client's needs, assists hedge funds in their investment decisions.
