Kenan Advantage Group and Reinhard Transportation Reach Agreement

NORTH CANTON, Ohio, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Kenan Advantage Group, Inc.
("KAG"), the nation's largest bulk transportation and logistics provider to
the petroleum and specialty products industries, announced it has completed an
acquisition of the assets of Washington-based Reinhard Transportation
("Reinhard").

Headquartered in Federal Way, WA, Reinhard provides exceptional fuel
transportation services through its professional long-term drivers and
state-of-the-art equipment.  Reinhard operates primarily in the Northwest
region of the United States along with Canada.  As a leading petroleum
transportation company in this region, the company conducts business out of 11
terminal locations, employs approximately 160 people and operates 64 trucks.

According to Dennis Nash, President and Chief Executive Officer of KAG,
Reinhard meets all of the criteria for a successful acquisition. "Reinhard
