These two injectable products expand Bioniche Pharma's growing product line

acquisition of Duraclon® (clonidine hydrochloride injection) and Methadone
Hydrochloride Injection USP from Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

pain management and to conditions for distribution and use for the treatment
