Southeast Pain Care finds unique way to give back CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Even with the economy still in a recession, one Charlotte business is still giving back - and in quite a creative way. Southeast Pain Care, a division of Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants, is sponsoring the Dec. 3 performance of "Grease" at Ovens Auditorium and giving $10 for every ticket sold to the American Pain Foundation. "We are committed to supporting our patients in every way possible," said Courtney Buysse, marketing manager for Southeast Pain Care. "The American Pain Foundation is a wonderful resource for our pain patients, and we're excited to be able to show our support for them." SAC gave $25,000 to the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte last month after sponsoring a BB King concert at The Fillmore. With 2,460 seats in Ovens Auditorium, the total donation will equal $24,600 to the American Pain Foundation. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. "The American Pain Foundation is thrilled to be the recipient of such a generous gift from Southeast Pain Care. As the largest consumer pain advocacy organization in the country, this contribution will enable us to further serve the millions of Americans in pain, and thousands of those in the Carolinas, through information, advocacy and support," said Will Rowe, CEO, American Pain Foundation.
