CANADA STOCKS-TSX turns positive on bank rally

 TORONTO, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock index
popped higher on Thursday shortly after market open on strength
in banks and as energy and gold stocks cut losses.
 The S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 0.66 of a
point at 11,440.41.
