Nippon Yusen says to raise up to 142.5 bln yen

TOKYO Nov 12 (Reuters) - Nippon Yusen KK (9101.T), Japan's biggest shipping company, said it would raise up to 142.5 billion yen ($1.6 billion) through a public share offering.
It will issue 427 million new shares.
