Russia's Profmedia to consolidate 88 pct of Rambler

MOSCOW Nov 12 (Reuters) - Russia's Profmedia holding said on Thursday it will up its stake in Russian internet company Rambler RMG.L to about 88 pct after buying out minority shareholders at $6.00 per share.

"ProfMedia acquired 3,149,754 shares in Rambler at a price of USD 6.00 per share ... increasing its holdings in Rambler to 75.00 percent, and ING Bank acquired 2,006,522 shares or 13.03 percent of the share capital," Profmedia said in a press release.

ING was acting as broker and adviser to ProfMedia for the purchase of Rambler's shares.
