ANKARA Nov 12 (Reuters) - Turkish telecoms sector watchdog BTK: *Says warned mobile phone operator Turkcell (TCELL.IS)(TKC.N) over incorrect practices in some subscription packages. *Says may impose fine on Turkcell if the company does not heed the watchdog's decisions.
