Japan's Idemitsu to buy British oil explorer

TOKYO Nov 13 (Reuters) - Idemitsu Kosan Co (5019.T), Japan's third-largest refiner, said on Friday it would brief on an acquisition of a British oil explorer at 0600 GMT.
Executive Vice President Katsumi Biyajima of Idemitsu's upstream unit Idemitsu Oil & Gas Co Ltd will speak. (Reporting by Osamu Tsukimori)
