Spain's FCC 9-mth net down 32 pct, beats forecasts

MADRID Nov 13 (Reuters) - Spanish building and services group FCC (FCC.MC) posted on Friday a 32 percent fall in nine-month net profit, hit by a deep slump in the domestic construction and housing sectors.

Net profit reached 201.9 million euros ($300.3 million) in the nine-month period, beating an average of six analyst forecasts for 179.8 million.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation fell 10.4 percent to 1.052 billion euros, beating a forecast for 1.044 billion. (Reporting by Judy MacInnes; editing by Elisabeth O'Leary)
