NEW YORK Nov 13 (Reuters) - Freddie Mac FRE.N FRE.P, the No 2. U.S. home funding company, on Friday issued its 2010 reference note and weekly benchmark bill sale calendars.

Freddie Mac said in a press release that all sales dates for its reference notes are potential windows of issuance and on the specified date it will announce its borrowing plan. If it intends to issue a note offering, Freddie Mac will provide relevant transaction information on the announcement date.

Freddie Mac also said three- and six-month benchmark bills will be auctioned weekly, while its one- and 12-month bills are optional weekly. At least one one-month bill auction will occur each month.

During the year Freddie Mac will auction one-, three-, six- and 12-month bills on Mondays unless there is a holiday on that day. In that case, the auctions will take place on a Tuesday.

Bill auction announcements will be every Friday at 10:30 a.m. eastern time.

In a change to the 2010 borrowing calendar, Freddie Mac has not included a monthly issuance window for its reference real estate mortgage investment conduit securities (REMICs). It has not used any monthly issuance window for REMICs since June 2008.

A Freddie Mac spokesman said it will announce new offerings of these securities as they occur. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by James Dalgleish)
