HONG KONG Nov 13 (Reuters) - ICICI Bank (ICBK.BO), India's second biggest lender, has appointed Credit Suisse (CSGN.VX) and HSBC (HSBA.L) (0005.HK) to conduct a series of fixed income investor meetings, a source close to the deal said.

ICICI will meet investors in Singapore on Nov. 16, in Hong Kong, Boston and London on Nov. 17 and in Los Angeles and New York on Nov. 18.

"ICICI may have some financing requirements in later months," said a source with knowledge of the matter."This is a marketing programme rather than a bond deal programme." (Reporting by Umesh Desai; Editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
