INSTRUCTIONS:  Call in at 10:00AM. We will begin promptly at 10:05AM

    1. Accredited news organizations should call in to the news briefing
       telephone number: 1-712-432-3100
    2. When prompted enter your conference call code:  570828.
    3. When prompted please state your name and news organization.
    4. Put your telephone on MUTE.
    5. You will then be added to the news briefing.

    6. After the briefing begins you will be able to ask questions. Just enter
       the code: 5*  to "raise your hand." Please begin your question stating
       your name and media affiliation.
