New Issue-Morgan Stanley sells $2 bln 5-yr notes
Nov 17 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley (MS.N) on Tuesday sold $2
billion of senior unsecured notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service.
Morgan Stanley and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
