Barclays Bank Plc launches $2 bln 3-yr notes - IFR

NEW YORK Nov 18 (Reuters) - Barclays Bank Plc on Wednesday launched $2.0 billion of three-year notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The notes are expected to yield 128 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries, according to IFR.
