Commonwealth Bank of Australia sells $1.25 bln notes

NEW YORK Nov 18 (Reuters) - Commonwealth Bank of Australia on Wednesday sold $1.25 billion of government-guaranteed notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The 2.70 percent notes were priced at 99.93 to yield 2.715 percent, or 52.8 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries, according to IFR.

The joint lead managers on the sale were Citigroup, CBA and Morgan Stanley. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Dan Grebler)
