New Issue-Gerdau Holdings sells $1.25 bln in notes
Nov 18 (Reuters) - Gerdau Holdings, a unit of Gerdau SA (GGBR4.SA) (GGB.N), on Wednesday sold $1.25 billion of senior unsecured notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
HSBC and Santander were the active bookrunning managers for the sale. Bank of America, Citigroup, JP Morgan, and Itau Unibanco were the passive bookrunners.
