New Issue-Republic Svcs sells $600 mln 12-yr notes
Nov 18 (Reuters) - Republic Services Inc (RSG.N) on
Wednesday sold $600 million of notes in the 144a private
placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an initially planned $450 million.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and RBS were the joint active bookrunning managers for the sale. BNP Paribas and Wells Fargo Securities were the joint passive bookrunners.
