New Issue-Easton-Bell Sports sells $350 mln in notes
Nov 20 (Reuters) - Easton-Bell Sports Inc on Friday sold $350 million of senior secured notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $325 million.
JP Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
