CALEDONIA INVESTMENTS (CLDN.L)

Caledonia Investments Plc appointed Stephen King as finance director, effective Dec. 9, replacing Jonathan Cartwright, who will step down from the board.

THE INTERNATIONAL SWAPS AND DERIVATIVES ASSOCIATION

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association Inc appointed Conrad Voldstad as its chief executive, effective Nov. 30. Current executive director and CEO Robert Pickel will assume the newly created position of executive vice chairman.

ARMSTRONG INVESTMENT MANAGERS

Armstrong Investment Managers said Eugen Fostiak and Gideon Nell have joined the company as partners.

CAPITAL TRUST INC (CT.N)

Capital Trust Inc appointed Stephen Plavin as chief executive, replacing John Klopp, who will resign on Dec. 1.

ROCKWOOD

Rockwood Capital, LLC, a private real estate investment company, said real estate investment professional Joe Gorin has joined to oversee the firm's existing office assets, based in the firm's San Francisco office.

NEUBERGER BERMAN

Gregory Francfort has rejoined Neuberger Berman as a managing director and director of equity research, overseeing equity research, the company said. Francfort, spent 13 years at Neuberger Berman.

He was director of research from 1991 to 1993 before joining Straus, a portfolio team at Neuberger Berman. He was a Straus portfolio manager until 2004, when he retired to manage private assets and teach security analysis as an adjunct professor at Columbia University, the company said.
