PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
 Indonesia's state enterprises minister Mustafa Abubakar
said that the ministry has no plan to replace Fahmi Mochtar,
president director of state power distributor PT Perusahaan
Listrik Negara (PLN), over a recent power crisis in parts of

 - DARMA HENWA AIMS TO RAISE UP TO $65 MLN FROM RIGHTS ISSUE
 Indonesia's coal miner PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA.JK) plans
to raise $60-65 million from a rights issue early next year,
with proceeds used for working capital, corporate secretary

 - SEMEN GRESIK STUDIES PLAN TO BUILD FACTORY IN PAPUA
 Indonesia's largest cement maker PT Semen Gresik Tbk
(SMGR.JK) is looking at building a cement packaging factory in
Papua, with a plan to build a port if needed, said President
Director Dwi Sutjipto.
 - BNI AIMS LOAN GROWTH OF 15-18 PCT IN 2010
 Indonesia's fourth-largest lender PT Bank Negara Indonesia
Tbk (BBNI.JK) is targeting loan growth of 15-18 percent in 2010
in line with a recovery in the economy, said President Director

 - PRESIDENT APPOINTS 10 SPECIAL STAFF
 President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has signed a
presidential decree appointing 10 special staff, said spokesman
Dino Patti Djalal. Palace sources said the new staff included a
new presidential spokesman for domestic affairs Julian Adrian

 - SUMITOMO APPOINTED TO BUILD LAHENDONG 4 GEOTHERMAL POWER
PLANT
 State-owned power company PT PLN appointed Japan's Sumitomo
construction unit to build the Lahedong 4 geothermal power
plant in North Sulawesi with capacity of 20 megawatts and the
contract would be signed in 2010, said the Planning and
Technology director of PT PLN Bambang Praptono. (Koran Tempo)
 - SUTARTO ALIMOESO APPOINTED AS NEW BULOG CHIEF
 Sutarto Alimoeso, director general for food crops
production at the agriculture ministry, has been appointed the
new chief of state procurement agency Bulog and would be sworn
in next Monday, said State enterprises minister Mustafa

 * Indonesia's index .JKSE edged down 0.62 percent, with
Astra International (ASII.JK) dropping 3 percent and largest
lender Bank Mandiri (BMRI.JK) off 1.6 percent.
 *  U.S. stocks slid on Thursday as another batch of
economic data pointed to the fragility of the recovery and a
brokerage's dim view on the semiconductor sector hit technology

 * U.S. crude futures fell more than 2 percent on Thursday
as a stronger dollar weighed and weaker equities raised concern
about the economy and a potential rebound in energy demand.

Jakarta, sold 9,000 tonnes of crude palm oil at the higest
price of 7,011 rupiah per kg on Thursday, against 6,909 rupiah
