Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne will meet Prime Minister
Silvio Berlusconi on Dec. 21 to outline the car maker's
industrial plans, Industry Minister Claudio Scajola said.

MEDIASET (MS.MI)

Sky Italia asked the antitrust authority to reject

Two former auditors of Parmalat agreed to pay $15 million to
settle a class action lawsuit by U.S. equity investors over

The airline said its board had approved a merger with

million euros through a capital increase to invest in Brazil and
other emerging markets, Chairman Giovanni Cavallini told Il Sole
