 Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne will meet Prime Minister
Silvio Berlusconi on Dec. 21 to outline the car maker's
industrial plans, Industry Minister Claudio Scajola said.
 
 MEDIASET (MS.MI)
 Sky Italia asked the antitrust authority to reject

 PARMALAT (PLT.MI)
 Two former auditors of Parmalat agreed to pay $15 million to
settle a class action lawsuit by U.S. equity investors over
their roles in the Italian dairy company's 2003 collapse.

 The airline said its board had approved a merger with
