Argentina's Petrobras unit to pay cash dividend

BUENOS AIRES Nov 23 (Reuters) - Petrobras Energia, the Argentine unit of Brazil's Petrobras SA (PETR4.SA), said on Monday that it would pay a cash dividend of 268.8 million pesos ($70.5 million) for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2008.

The company will pay about 0.266 pesos per outstanding share beginning on Nov. 30, according to a statement it sent to the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.
