                        ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF AGM                        

Strontium PLC (the "Company") confirms that, in accordance with AIM Rule 20,
its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2009 together with a
Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders today.

Copies of the 2009 annual report and accounts and Notice of Annual General
Meeting are available from the Company's registered office at Second Floor,
Estate House, 2 Pembroke Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1XR and can also be

Notice of AGM

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Strontium PLC will be
held at the offices of Collyer Bristow LLP, 4 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4DF at
12 noon on Wednesday, 20 January 2010.
