Emera sells C$225 mln 10-year debt - term sheet

NEW YORK Nov 25 (Reuters) - Emera Inc (EMA.TO) sold C$225 million ($214 million) of medium term notes, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters on Wednesday.

The 4.83 percent notes, which are due Dec. 2, 2019, were priced at C$99.929 to yield 4.839 percent or 155.8 basis points more than the Canadian government benchmark, the term sheet said.

The dealer arm of Bank of Nova Scotia was the sole lead manager on the deal. ($1=C$1.05)
