LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - "Lie to Me" has been picked up for a full season, with Fox ordering nine additional episodes of the human lie detector drama starring Tim Roth.

The order follows the three-script pickup for "Lie" in October. "Lie to Me" has scored so-so ratings in the post-"House" Monday 9 p.m. time slot this fall.

In its most recent airing, a Christmas-themed episode, the show averaged 7.3 million viewers and a 2.7 rating in adults 18-49, holding onto 60 percent of its "House" demographic lead-in.

The back-nine order for "Lie" follows Fox's full-season pickup of sophomore "Glee" and the full second-season order for freshman animated comedy "The Cleveland Show." Joss Whedon's sophomore si-fi drama "Dollhouse" was recently canceled, with freshman comedy "Brothers" also headed in that direction, though there has been no official word on its fate.
