RPT-Taiwan asks Chinatrust to think carefully about stake purcha

TAIPEI Nov 26 (Reuters) - Taiwan's regulators suggested on Thursday that Chinatrust Financial (2891.TW) think carefully about its plan to buy a stake in AIG's (AIG.N) Taiwan Nan Shan unit from China Strategic (0235.HK).

Sean Chen, chairman of the Financial Supervisory Commission, made the comments to reporters on the sidelines of a legislative session.
