China stock regulator to review Huatai Securities' IPO next wk

SHANGHAI Nov 27 (Reuters) - China's stock regulator said it would review on Monday Huatai Securities' application for an A-share initial public offering.

Huatai Securities, a mid-sized brokerage house, said late on Thursday that it intended to issue 985 million A shares, equivalent to 16.98 percent of its enlarged equity capital.

It did not provide further details.
