Japan Noda: Stable forex moves desirable

TOKYO Nov 26 (Reuters) - Japan's deputy finance minister Yoshihiko Noda said on Thursday it was desirable for currency rates to move stably and without excessive volatility.

Noda also told reporters he would not comment on whether Japan will intervene in the currency market to stem yen rises.
